Refund Policy

nudgg is currently in free beta. No payments are being collected at this time. This policy will apply when paid plans are introduced.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy governs payments made for nudgg subscriptions offered by DeltaIQx LLP. It applies to all paid plans once introduced. During the beta period, the Service is free and this policy does not yet apply.

2. Subscription Plans

nudgg will offer subscription-based access with the following billing options:

  • Monthly plan: Billed every 30 days. Cancel anytime before the next billing date.
  • Annual plan: Billed once per year at a discounted rate. See Section 4 for annual refund eligibility.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Free Trial

New users will receive a free trial period (duration communicated at signup). No payment is collected during the trial. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.

4.2 Annual subscriptions — 7-day refund window

Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment, provided they have not used the Service beyond basic account setup (i.e., no trade data uploaded, no analysis performed). After 7 days, annual fees are non-refundable.

4.3 Exceptional circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or account credits in exceptional circumstances — such as extended Service outages (more than 72 consecutive hours) directly caused by us. Contact us at billing@nudgg.in to raise such a request.

4.4 No refund for behavioral outcomes

nudgg is a behavioral analytics tool. Refunds are not available on the basis that using the Service did not improve your trading performance or profitability. Please read our Risk Disclosure before subscribing.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.

Cancellation does not delete your account or your encrypted trade data. To permanently delete all your data, go to Settings → Delete Account.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under Section 4.2:

  1. Email billing@nudgg.in from your registered email address.
  2. Include your registered email, payment date, and transaction reference number.
  3. State the reason for your request.

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at billing@nudgg.in before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is under investigation.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change affecting your active subscription. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the next billing date.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to payments or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
