Nothing on nudgg — including any insight, nudge, pattern, suggestion, score, or behavioral report — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, a trading recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity, currency, or financial instrument.

DeltaIQx LLP is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser (IA), Research Analyst (RA), stockbroker, or portfolio manager. We do not hold any financial services licence. We do not make trading recommendations.

2. General Trading Risks

All trading and investment activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

5. SEBI Investor Charter Disclosure

In accordance with SEBI guidelines for digital platforms serving traders and investors, we disclose the following:

• nudgg is an analytics and self-awareness tool — not a SEBI-regulated investment service.
• We do not receive any commission, fee, or consideration from brokers, fund houses, or financial product manufacturers.
• We do not recommend any specific securities, mutual funds, or financial products.
• Any subscription fees paid to nudgg are for access to the behavioral analytics platform only.

Investors are advised to conduct their own due diligence and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making financial decisions.

Using nudgg does not guarantee:

7. Data Accuracy

nudgg processes trade data captured from your broker platforms via the browser extension or CSV upload. The accuracy of nudgg's analysis depends on the completeness and accuracy of the data captured. We cannot guarantee that all trades are captured in all circumstances (e.g., broker platform changes, network interruptions).

Always verify your trades and positions directly with your broker. nudgg data should not be used as the sole or primary record of your trading activity.

8. Technology Risks

As a digital platform, nudgg is subject to technology risks including:

• Server downtime or maintenance windows during which the Service may be unavailable.
• Browser extension compatibility issues following broker platform updates.
• Data synchronization delays between the extension and the dashboard.
• Potential data loss if you lose access to your encryption key (password).

Do not rely on nudgg for real-time trading decisions. The Service is designed for post-session reflection, not live trading support.
